This wet-type vacuum pump shows the basic operation of a vacuum pump rotor. This unit displays how the vanes cycle, moving air through the pump to create vacuum at one port and pressure at the other.
Cutaway Gyros
Avotek offers cutaway units for aircraft gyros. Both the Attitude Indicator and Directional Gyro are economical ways to introduce students to basic gyroscopic indicator workings. The inner mechanisms are operational and rotate freely. Linkages to the indicator’s faces are kept intact to show connections.
